UBT, the Only Authorized Institution for Certification on Condominium Training

The Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning has organized a conference to treat aspects related to the implementation of the Law on Condominium, 04/L-134.  Minister Ferid Agani, officials from Kosovo municipalities and other institutions, representatives of international, governmental and non-governmental organizations and experts of the field made their contribution to the conference. 

Rector Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi and other representatives of the UBT university also participated at this event.  It is worth noting that the UBT is the only authorized institution that can provide training and issue certification of administrators in the field of poled condominium. 

Welcoming the conference’s participants, Minister Agani highlighted the importance of implementation of the law on the condominium in order make the life of the citizens easier by improving the quality security to all residents. The UBT as authorized institution will help in the process, the minister said. 

Rector Dr. Edmond Hajrizi advised that the UBT, as an institution of higher education with ample experience in the field of training and international projects, especially sponsored by Austria, will help in the process of training and certification in the whole territory of Kosovo in order to help the Kosovo citizens by improving the quality and security for all.

Dr. Hajrizi said the UBT was ready to start immediately the phase of training, by offering its specialized personnel, technology, and its infrastructure in Prishtina and other municipalities, like Ferizaj, Prizren, and Gjilan, which will be at the service of all those seeking to be part of the training and certification program.

A comprehensive debate was held at the conference, with panelists focusing on the condominium law, its implementation, the ways of training and certification. Different companies and associations showed interest in cooperating with the UBT in enhancing the professional capacities and providing training and certification in this field.
