UBT is ranked among the best universities in the world by Times Higher Education

In Impact Rankings 2022, in the annual edition realized by this prestigious, part of the Financial Times UBT is ranked high as one of the best educational institutions in the field of innovation.

 

In some categories UBT turns out to be among the 200 best universities in the world.

 

Undoubtedly in all categories of evaluation is the leading university, number one in the region with the highest impact on sustainable development.

 

The prestigious global magazine, Times Higher Education, has published the global list of universities with the highest impact on sustainable development, Impact Rankings 2022 where UBT has achieved greater success compared to last year.

 

Assessing the impact of universities on this list is done through the analysis of data related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

 

In some of the SDGs UBT is ranked among the 100 and in some of the 200 best universities worldwide.

 

In this international ranking, UBT is ranked among the 100-200 universities with the greatest impact on SDG 1 – No Poverty; among the 300-400 universities with the greatest impact on SDG 2 – Zero Hunger, as well as among the 300-400 universities with the greatest impact on SDG 9 – Industrial Innovation and Infrastructure.

 

UBT in this ranking stands very well in SDG 3 – the Good Health and Wellbeing; and in SDG 11 – Sustainable Cities and Communities.

 

This high praise from Times Higher Education is an excellent achievement of UBT, the leading educational institution in Kosovo and the region for innovation and sustainable development.

 

UBT’s goal is to maintain this position as a leading institution in the region and beyond, while it will work hard to rise even higher next year.

 

As an institution UBT attaches great importance to meeting the global objectives of sustainable development and this high rating by Times Higher Education is a confirmation of the great work that has been done over the years, where as an institution UBT represents the highest values ​​of education in Kosovo in higher education and in the field of technology and innovation.
