The UBT professor Besnik Muqaku gives a lecture to students of the Faculty of Food Science and Biotechnology
05/12/2018The UBT professor from the university of Vienna Besnik Muqaku, who is employed in the Institute of Analytical Chemistry of Vienna, has given a thematic lecture to UBT students of the faculty of Food Science and Biotechnology with the topic “Spectrometric of mass: Instrument, work principle and application”.
During the lecture he informed the students about the work principles of spectrometric, complexity, and also provided them with specific details for implementing spectrometric and its irreplaceable role.
At the end of the lecture there was held and open discussion with the students, who posed their questions as well as revealed their keen interest to broaden their knowledge related to this topic.
