The expert Denis Gafuri lectures gives a lecture to UBT students about mastering the underlying sales techniques
31/10/2018The expert and trainer of marketing, who is at the same time owner of the company of online sales “Smard Online”, gave a thematic lecture to UBT students coming from the Faculty of BMA.
The lecture was held on behalf of the training called “Mastering the sales techniques”. Indeed the lecture is concerned with this topic, “Perfection of Sales Techniques by building a proper relation with clients as well as by setting attainable objectives”. Gafuri shared his knowledge about the features which shape a successful sales expert. The importance of having a friendly relation with the clients is the key to success and ultimately leads to an increased number of sales. Denis Gafuri is considered as one of the leading experts in Kosovo, as far as the aspect of sales is concerned.
