Internet Basics

Aim of the training:

This module defines the basics and basic skills related to navigation on the Internet, searching online and finding information.

Upon completion of this module the candidate will be able to:

• Understand Internet security and navigation concepts
• Use web browser to manage browser settings, bookmarks and results of web search
• Effectively search for information on the Internet and critically evaluate the web content
• Understand copyright and privacy issues
• Understand the concepts of online communication, online communication and email
• Communicate via email organize and search emails and use calendars
