Student Services
One of the basic working principles of the UBT is to provide equal opportunities for quality research and providing assistance and support necessary for all students. The entire infrastructure and the work of the institution has always been and is oriented towards the student so that the student feels supported at any point along the process of his study in this institution. Students enjoy their rights in the institution and treated with dignity and fairness.
The Student Centre provides access to information during working days from 08:30 to 17:30 hrs. This center is closely related with departments, the Office of Finance and Administration and with issues relating to students.
Student ID Policy
The UBT Student Photo ID card will identify you as a student of the College in order to facilitate the safety, academic integrity and security of the college community and college property and to improve access to college services and facilities.
Moodle
Moodle is a learning platform designed to provide educators, administrators, and learners with a single robust, secure and integrated system to create personalized learning environments.
Moodle is trusted by institutions and organizations and its used in UBT for staff/students etc. It has a simple interface, drag-and-drop features, and well-documented resources along with ongoing usability improvements make Moodle easy to learn and very usable by students and teachers.
SMIS
A Student Management Information System is a web-based software application for education establishments to manage student data. Student Information Systems provide capabilities for Enrolling new students, handling records of examinations, grades, and academic progression. It also offers a workflow process, import of financial data, Availability of student data, advanced search, and Generating of various official documents such as transcripts and providing statistical reports.
