The UBT strategy and the Faculty’s strategy are harmonized wherever shared infrastructure can be used including human resources, laboratories, and the use of other infrastructure whenever possible to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Integrated Quality Management expertise rigorously monitors developments or performance based on established KPIs.

 UBT’s infrastructure is certified to meet minimum standards for students with special needs.

Decentralized infrastructure management responsibilities have been placed in the Faculty of Sport and Movement Sciences to provide oversight in:

• Staff management
• Infrastructural capacities – Facilities
• laboratory
• logistics
• Administrative functions (career, international, marketing, student transfers, etc.
