These programs will address diverse age groups and health conditions, focusing on leisure, functional maintenance, psychosocial integration, well-being, disease prevention, disability management, and recovery or rehabilitation.

- Develop expertise in the physical and mental benefits of sport, physical activity, and related practices such as rehabilitation, relaxation, and games.
