UBT supports its staff in cooperating with local institutions, organizations and communities.
The staff engaged in this maser degree has a long experience of teaching and according to their previous experience in our institution, there are not staff members, who can face difficulties in accomplishment of the duties and responsibilities.
In general, the training programmes are provided for both new and continuing teaching staff including those with part time teaching responsibilities.
