The study program is open to students who have completed the National Matura. Candidates eligible for admission are those who meet the minimum admission requirements set by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.

The development and implementation of the study program in Medical Biochemistry and Biotechnology is fully in line with the mission and goal of UBT to support sustainable development and growth of the society and economy of Kosovo. In its work and field, UBT has adopted for several years a multidisciplinary approach, which enables the successful development and implementation of study programs in different study cycles, including this study program. The diversity of the academic, research and professional staff that UBT has enabled the development of a very important profile of graduates in this study program, with professional, academic and research skills.
