The main target groups of the programme are:
- Students – the programme is offered to students that have completed their upper secondary education and passed the national matura examination
- ICT Practicioners and Managers – the programme is offered to existing ICT practicioners interested to upgrade ther knowledge and skills in the profession
- Industry professionals – the programme is offered for those performing ICT functions in othre economic structures where the intergation of ICT is seen as a value add
Public Administration Professionals – the programme is offered for those already working in public administration and where ICT is seen as a key means for information management, information security, e-governance and use of ICT in enhancing public services
The programme admission criteria are as follows:
- Students that have completed EQF Level 3 Upper Secondary Education in Computer Science
- Students that have completed EQF Level 3 Upper Secondary Education in Informatics
- Students that have completed EQF Level 3 Mathematics
- Students that have completed EQF Level 3 Engeneering Science
- Students that have completed EQF Level 3 Science
- Students that have completed EQF Level 3 Business
- Students that have completed EQF social science and humanities should be able to undergo the Preparation Package offered by the Department of Computer Science and Engeneering (Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Science (Industrial Physics and Chemistry)
- Students should have a 40% or higher attainment in mathematics, reading and english in National Matura Examination
