Rector Hajrizi Discusses Inclusive Leadership at the 8th EWORA Conference in Turkey
11/03/2023The Rector of UBT, Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi, is attending the 8th Annual EWORA Conference at the invitation of the President of the European University Rectors Association, Prof. Gülsün Sağlamer. The conference is taking place at Kadir Has University in Istanbul, Turkey.
At this conference, Rector Hajrizi delivered a special presentation on the topic: “Inclusive Leadership: Lessons Learned and Recommendations.”
During a discussion panel with rectors from other universities around the world, Rector Hajrizi shared his experiences and evaluations regarding inclusive leadership in higher education, using the UBT ecosystem as an example of a leading institution of higher education in Kosovo and the region.
During his stay in Istanbul, in addition to participating in the conference, Rector Hajrizi held important meetings with rectors and professors from international universities, with whom he discussed inter-university cooperation to create new opportunities for the youth of Kosovo and the region.
