The training “Integration of soft skills in teaching II”, aims to introduce candidates to the basic principles of providing soft skills such as: presentation, speaking, conversation, and communication skills. This training prepares candidates to achieve the appropriate theoretical and practical skills, which can be applied in school and work environments.

This program has a duration of 10 academic hours, where the distribution of hours is as follows:

Upon completion of the training teachers will be able to:
– gain considerable knowledge in career development;
– help young people achieve the necessary professional skills in presentation, speaking, communication and conversation
– arouse strong interest of young people to continue with adequate education;- motivate and improve the self-confidence of the youth
