UBT wishes 9th of May- Europe’s Day

On behalf of Europe’s Day, UBT Rector prof. dr. Edmond Hajrizi has wished all the citizens, by hoping that in the near future, Kosovo will become part of the European Union.

 

“Although Europe’s Day finds Kosovo as a non-member of EU, this hasn’t stopped UBT to create partnership with over 300 institutions from Europe and the whole world. Due to these partnerships, they have been created with the opportunity of gaining double degrees.”-  emphasized Hajrizi.

 

Hajrizi said that UBT remains the only institution that has managed to bring in joint international study programs in Kosovo, through which many young people are continuing their studies at the most prestigious universities in the world.

“Since its inception, UBT has contributed in various forms to the internationalization of Kosovo, in order for young people to have the same opportunities as the young people of Europe have. UBT has represented the country in international organizations and competitions, has signed cooperation agreements with countries that have not yet recognized Kosovo as an independent country and has benefited from numerous international projects.” – Hajrizi added.
