UBT and CCFM marks have carried out a common initiative in the International Day of Oral Health
21/03/2019The Faculty of Dentistry at UBT in cooperation with the Polyclinic of Dentistry of the Clinical Centre of Family Medical Care, in Prishtina, through some symbolic activities have marked the World Oral Health Day.
The UBT professors in collaboration with CCFM have visited the kindergartens of Prishtina. As a result, there have taken place discussions concerning the importance of oral hygiene and tooth care since the early ages.
The motto of this activity was “A healthy mouth, a healthy body”, meanwhile those activities have been supported by Lakalut.
The World Day of Oral Health is organized annually on March 20th by the World Dental Federation (FDI). This day aims to raise awareness about the importance of oral health which contributes in general health and well-being.
