The UBT students from the Faculty of Food Science and Biotechnology have carried out a lab analysis to examine the values of the nutritional products
14/12/2018The UBT students of the Faculty of Food Science and Biotechnology at UBT are carrying out a lab practice in the modern UBT labs concerned with the subjects, “ Refining Technology of “Fruits and Vegetables”, and “The Refinement Technology of Herbal Products”, lectured by Namik Durmishi and Lorikë Salihu, who are consistently realizing practical work in UBT innovation labs. Indeed they bore the fruits of this work by preparing apple and banana pulp.
During this process students have analyzed the quality as well as the physical, chemical, and nutritional aspects of these products.
Furthermore, after this process they carried out the analysis of the final product which resulted to be successful and a wide range of nutritional values.
The UBT students have also created various nutritional products by making use of labs and as a matter of a fact these products maintain nutritional values.
