The UBT students have carried out a dignitary representation of Kosovo in the competition which took place in Montenegro
14/11/2018The UBT students Vjosa Fusha, Shyhrete Buzaku, Blert Podvorica, Mhrije Zuka, Rigon Statovci, Diellza Salihu and the former student Enis Shkurti, have been among hundreds of youngsters who have applied to become part of the Innovation School which was held in Montenegro under the organizing of “ADP-ZIP” NGO. This activity is supported by the Ministry of Sports in Montenegro, the Western Balkan Fund and the European Council.
The participants managed to successfully accomplish all the preliminary phases of examination and as matter of a fact the selected participants from Kosovo resulted to be UBT students at the same time.
Despite of being at a young age, the students from Kosovo unfolded their potential and extraordinary knowledge in all the required fields of this activity. Moreover they even had an important role in their work teams and were capable of providing solutions to surpass the emerging obstacles. Due to the fact, the group which consisted of two UBT students respectively Vjosa and Blerti managed to win the first place. They earned this prize as a result of finding a solution to the problem which was concerned with seasonal employment respectively in the competition named “Socioalthon- Pitches Prototype”
This is a unique experience and was considered as unforgettable by the students. This will aid them to further advance in their academic career.
Besides that they also had the opportunity of getting to know different people, cultures, and above all to breach the prejudges related to the intellectual capacities of Kosovo youngsters and even advised the relevant state institutions to organize similar activities which ought to positively affect the promotion of our country.
The UBT students have participated in a wide range of competitions as well as in numerous domestic and international activities, by proving to attain extraordinarily high results. Consequently, they have directly contributed to raise Kosovo to the highest competing levels regarding the development of technology and innovation.
