The UBT Rector Hajrizi participated in the Conference “The increasing collaboration between science and industry sector of Kosovo”
25/09/2018The UBT Rector Edmond Hajrizi has participated in the conference “The increasing collaboration between science and industry sector of Kosovo” in the quality of a higher education expert. This conference was organized by the Austrian project HERAS (HERAS (Higher Education, Research and Applied Sciences), which mainly focused on the aspect concerned with boosting the research level in Kosovo.
The main purpose of this conference was the identification of appropriate instruments for fostering innovation and knowledge transfer in Kosovo.
Hajrizi availed from the occasion to highlight the significant importance that has the close collaboration between education system and industry sector when it comes to build an economically sustainable state.
Due to fact that UBT has embroidered this model,in the quality of a higher education institution which has prepared thousands of students since its foundation 17 years ago. UBT graduates have managed to become successful entrepreneurs in their future.
During this event all the participants were provided with the opportunity to actively participate in fruitful discussions.
HERAS is committed to provide aid for the education sector as well as that of industry, by bringing forth and incorporating in Kosovo the best European and Austrian practices.
