Kosovo is fighting in China to win the first place

Students of UBT are enlisted among the finalists all over the world, they are Taulant Mehmeti, Muhamed Retkoceri and Hakan Shehu guided by the lecturer of UBT Artan Salihu. They have initiated and are part of the international competition named “Big Data and Analytics” the 6^th, Annual Big Data and Analytics EdCon” which is being held in Shanghai, the capital of China.

In the framework of this competition they are not only representing UBT, but even Kosovo as a whole. This competition aims at providing innovative and analytic solutions by using the most modern and up to date intelligent platforms.

They are presenting the project with the title: “Role of cultivating farming in the scope of global climacteric changes”. In this project they have implemented and incorporated the ultimate techniques of Data Science and AI. These techniques are used with the aim of studying the tendencies that are related to the cultivation of farming with the intention of reducing the at a large scale the environmental pollutants.

In the framework of this project there is also made a comparison among other sectors such as transport and energy.

This project is fulfilled and realized with the strong contribution of the rector of UBT prof.dr Edmond Hajrizi and dr. Murthy Rapalli.
