UBT Represented at “Knauf” Academy in Tirana

A number of students of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture, accompanied by Professor Muhamet Ahmeti, Visar Krelani, Driton Kryeziu, and Vlora Aliu, have participated at the “Knauf Academy” held at the Tirana business park.

The panelists of the event included: Alfred Mahloff (Aquapanel USG, Germany), Ales Gabrovcek (AMF, Slovenia), Mihail Hihov, Vidifloor & Vidiwall (Bulgaria), Edin Dalifi (Knauf Insulation), and Ervin Mici (Knauf Tirana).  Representatives of different private companies from Kosovo, Macedonia, and Albania, also participated.

The students were able to be acquainted with new materials of the “Knauf” producer that have become important in the construction of buildings of different purposes, which were presented at the academy.  They could also see the latest products of “Knauf” and as well as new software on the calculation of thermo-insulations. 

 

Among other things, the UBT students visited the business park, which is constructed according to the European standards.
