UBT Makes Kosovo EUROSIM Member

During a one-week visit to Vienna, Austria, UBT President Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi attended an annual meeting of the board of the European Federation of the Association of Simulations (EUROSIM), which deals with modeling and simulation.  At this meeting, the EUROSIM board unanimously approved the application of the Republic of Kosovo for membership of the federation through the UBT.

As part of the annual council of the EUROSIM, UBT President Dr. Hajrizi presented the work that is being done by the UBT, including conferences and other international events, which were successfully organized in Pristina with the participation of the prominent scientists and experts from all over the world.

 

Hajrizi noted that the membership of the EUROSIM organization opens a window for academic communication for the UBT because its staff will be able to attend conferences organized by the EUROSIM and other international events.
