RESOLVED: That the student, academic faculty, staff and administrators of UBT commend the leadership and guidance of Senator Robert Joseph (Bob) Dole for his outstanding leadership and contribution to world peace and just causes of the citizens of the world  resulted in the well being and freedom of many countries including the republic of Kosovo.

RATIONALE:  Senator Robert Dole personal life journey and political achievements and social accomplishments made him not only an honorable and distinctive American, but honest and sincere supporter of human rights and dignity for  all in the World . He is a true citizen of the world and should   be honed and welcomed as fellow countryman specially in Kosovo.

Approved: UBT as leading Institution of Higher Education in Kosovo (American European Education) distinguishes Senator Robert Dole’s worldwide achievement and provide him with Honorary degree: “DOCTOR HONORIS CAUSA” AS PART OF CELEBRATION OF 100 YEARS OF Albanian freedom and independence.
