22/12/2023UBT consoles the families and the rectorate of Charles University, in Prague, Czech Republic, where 15 people were killed and several others were injured by the mass shooting.
Rector of UBT, Prof. Dr. Edmond Hajrizi in his condolence telegram said that we should focus on the power of education as a tool for building a stronger and united society.
“The tragic announcement that came yesterday from Prague, where 15 people lost their lives in a mass attack at Charles University, makes us feel deep pain and reflect on our unity as a society in these difficult moments. We share our deepest condolences. sincere and we express our solidarity with all the Czech people and those affected by this terrible act”, said Rector Hajrizi.
